About Us

James A. (Jim) Wight founded Absolute Business Answers in 1985 after multiple friends and associates came to him in regards to starting new businesses. Absolute Business Answers has helped to turn around and grow many companies over the past two decades, primarily serving companies in Georgia and Indiana. Absolute Business Answers has worked in a multitude of industries, ranging from body repair and painting to printing, manufacturing, and construction. In 2004, the time came to diversify the business from consulting to something more.

We chose to diversify the original consulting business in August 2004. James having spent 5 years with two major shipping companies had seen the lack of development of young leaders, and had a growing concern for the future of businesses and organizations as a result of this. While searching for something to diversify Absolute Business Answers, Jim found his way to Reading, PA to meet with Resource Associates Corporation. Coming to understand the processes which RAC utilized in their development courses he determined that RAC and their programs would make the perfect match to Absolute Business Answers, Inc, their values, vision, and beliefs. Why? Simply because over the last 20 years, the RAC processes are a perfect synergy to what Jim had been telling his clients.
