Jim Wight

Prior to founding Absolute Business Answers, Inc in 1985, James (Jim) A. Wight spent 16 years in business, including 11 as a Controller/CFO for a major manufacturer of copper plumbing fittings. During this time he instituted a bottom to top strategic plan and an internal education system to teach business planning from floor supervisors to the top executive.

During his 20 years as an independent consultant he has helped start over 40 companies and helped over 60 other businesses by educating his clients on all facets of business and business practices. He has helped clients save or make over $10,000,000.00.

Jim graduated from Indiana University and holds both a Bachelor of Science and Masters in Business Administration and Finance Accounting. He has extensive experience in all areas of management, as well as in marketing, promotion, sales, financial operations, product development and manufacturing. He has installed systems in many operations and has also fixed broken ones.

James Wight

Prior to joining Absolute Business Answers, Inc in 2004, James A. Wight II spent the previous 5 years working as a front-line manager for two global shipping companies. During this time he had experience in operations and training. He helped to implement many processes, including some that helped drive turn-over down from a retention rate over 100% to nearly 30%.

James attended Auburn University and holds a Bachelor of Business Adminstration.
